How long do orders take to ship?

Shipping take 1-5 days and depends on what method you choose during checkout. During the checkout process, you will be given several shipping options with exact delivery dates.

Can I change my address?

If you would like to submit an address change, please contact the Miracle Vet support team: https://miraclevet.com/pages/contact-us

Please note: We will do our best to change your address before it leaves the fulfillment center. However, we can't guarantee this is possible in every case. Orders leave the fulfillment center every 12 hours. If your package is already in route, it won't be possible to change the address.

My package is lost or damaged, what can be done?

We take full responsibly for lost and damaged packages. Please contact our customer support and we will issue an immediate refund or replacement: https://miraclevet.com/pages/contact-us

Where's my package / how can I track it?

Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours or less with the exception of orders placed on Sunday (both USPS & Fedex do not ship on Sundays). 

Your tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided during checkout.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

No. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. 

Can I choose a faster delivery method?

Yes. You have the option of choosing a faster delivery method during the checkout process.

Exact dates and times will be provided next to each shipping option.

How do I return or exchange a shipment?
